How do I return or exchange an item?

We offer free returns & exchanges* for merchandise returned in brand new condition.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags still attached.
  • For jewelry purchases, all original packaging (including boxes & pouches) must be returned.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please note that any items sent back to Aria Lattner that do not meet our quality control standards may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

* At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for orders returned from outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility.

FOR USA ORDERS:

If the above guidelines have been met, please click here to initiate your return or exchange request. Once your information is confirmed, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to print at home & attach to your return package.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If the above guidelines have been met, please follow the instructions below to initiate your return or exchange request:

  1. Pack up your unwanted items. Please make sure to use weatherproof packaging to withstand any potential damage in transit.
  2. Ship your item(s) back to our address below, using your own carrier. Please make sure to use a tracked service and keep your return tracking number for reference.
  3. Send an email to contact@arialattner.com including the following details: (a) Your Order ID number (located on the printed invoice you received in your package) (b) Your return tracking number & courier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) (c) Indicate whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. If it is an exchange, please note which item you would like to receive as your replacement.

International customers requesting an item exchange will be responsible for any additional shipping costs from our facility.

FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return package to be quality-checked & processed once it arrives at our facility. Customers will be notified via email once their return has been processed and their refund or exchange request has been initiated.
